AS SEEN ON

They practice hard. They care. They want it.
But when the lights are on…
They tighten up. They overthink. They spiral after mistakes. They compete cautious instead of free.
And suddenly the talent you KNOW they have… disappears.
Here’s the truth most parents don’t realize:
No one ever taught them how to handle pressure.

• Handle nerves
• Reset after mistakes
• Stop comparing
• Block out pressure
• Manage fear of failure
• Compartmentalize emotions
• Trust their training
That part?
They’re never trained.
And when parents Google “sports psychologist”…
Most athletes instantly resist.
Because they think:
“I’m not broken.”
“I don’t need therapy.”
“I’m fine.”
They don’t need traditional counseling!
They need mental performance training.
• One-on-one sessions
• Quick anxiety tools
• Breathing techniques
• Visualization drills
Those tools matter. But without a foundation? They work temporarily. Quick tools regulate the nervous system. But this program rewires identity.
How pressure is interpreted
How mistakes are processed
How confidence is built or broken
What an athlete believes is possible
If an athlete unconsciously believes: “I’m bad under pressure” or “I fall apart in big moments”
Their brain will look for evidence to confirm it.
No breathing drill fixes that. That’s identity-level wiring. And identity shifts through repetition.
You receive:
✔ Elite coaching
✔ Real-time correction
✔ Personalized strategy
But you do NOT get:
✔ Unlimited replays
✔ On-demand reinforcement
✔ The ability to revisit lessons during slumps
✔ The ability to rewatch before a big competition
Even in virtual sessions, you hear it once. You hope you took good notes. You try to remember.
But behavioral change requires repetition. This program allows athletes to:
Rewatch before big meets, or tourneys, or matches, or tryouts
Revisit reframing tools mid season
Reinforce identity shifts when confidence dips
Strengthen patterns through repetition
Instead of trying to remember what was said in one session…
They own the material. Forever.

“We’ve tried mindset books before, but this felt completely different. It wasn’t something that my son rolled his eyes at, even though he did when I first suggested it. He is more dominant on the pitch. He plays with confidence and zero hesitation. Watching him out there now feels like watching a completely different athlete. My heart is bursting with pride."

The Mental Game Foundation Every Athlete Should Master

This is the EXACT framework we teach in our brick & mortar sports psychology practice.
Only difference?
Now it's ON DEMAND!
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Those buy you seconds. But seconds only matter if the deeper belief has shifted. Otherwise, the same spiral returns next game.
This foundation rebuilds:
- How they label situations.
- How they interpret pressure.
- How they define mistakes.
- How they see themselves.
And when identity shifts… Performance stabilizes. Not just for one weekend. But for seasons.
It's about longevity! No athlete's goal is to quit at 13 or 14
Maybe your athlete's goal is varsity, or competing in college, or simply loving their sport as long as possible
Sports teach: time management, resilience, character, push through discomfort, or work with others
The goal is never early burnout
Yet we see talented athletes walk away every year - not because they lack skill - but because they never learned how to manage stress, fear of failure, or comparison.
• Understand how to make their brain work FOR them instead of against them
• Stop using fake positivity and learn neutral, powerful self-talk
• Apply “process over outcome” in a way that actually works
• Respond instead of emotionally react under pressure
• Reset quickly after mistakes
• Identify blind spots sabotaging performance
• Shift their emotional state on purpose
• Conquer limiting beliefs
• Stop relying on willpower alone
• Understand how thoughts directly impact physiology
This is foundational cognitive performance training. 4 Core categories, 4-5 lessons inside each
Why positive thinking isn’t the goal
How words produce emotions
Why willpower isn’t enough
The power of shifting your internal frequency
Change the context, change the outcome
Conquer limiting beliefs
Realistic reframing
Counteracting your brain’s efficiency
E + R = O (Respond > React)
Traffic Light Awareness
Sleep as performance training
Process over results - applied correctly
Identifying blind spots that have held you back
Understanding choice patterns
Changing the signal you broadcast
Maintaining coherence under stress
✔ Video training taught by me
✔ Implementation handouts
✔ Real sport examples across levels
✔ Clear, practical application
I was a high level talented athlete, driven, had records, but constantly anxious. Sick to my stomach. Literal pits, picture stress ulcer pain.
I was terrified of disappointing people. I never learned how to manage it. And eventually… quit.
Not because I lacked talent. Because I lacked mental tools. I've been the athlete, the head coach, then became the practitioner. Later in my career, I had the opportunity to work for a professional sports organization. I turned it down. Not because it wasn’t prestigious. But because I knew my mission was here.
With youth athletes and professionals - on my own terms!
With teens who are just beginning to form their identity in sport. Because if they learn these skills early…
- They don’t burn out.
- They don’t walk away prematurely.
- They don’t confuse slow progress with inability.
- They build careers - and character - that last.
This work is necessary for YOUNG ATHLETES!
If this were priced on value...
it would be significantly higher.
But our mission is to normalize brain training in sports.
Who this is for...
✔ Athletes who practice well but underperform in competition
✔ Athletes who spiral after mistakes
✔ Athletes afraid of disappointing others
✔ Athletes who overthink
✔ Athletes waiting to begin one-on-one coaching
who this is not for...
✘ Athletes looking for therapy
✘ Athletes unwilling to implement tools
✘ Families looking for instant results without effort
See faster breakthroughs.
Maintain gains longer.
Become less emotionally volatile.
Transfer practice to competition more consistently.
This sequence works.
And it works across sports.
Think of this as: Installing the operating system before adding advanced software. Without a stable operating system… advanced tools don’t stick.
You purchase. You get immediate access.
Your athlete begins foundational training today.
No waiting. No scheduling.
Just practical, proven mental skills training.

Q: Is this a replacement for one-on-one coaching?
A: No. It’s the foundation. Many athletes use this while waiting to work with us privately so we can move faster and deeper when we begin our work together, or as an affordable first step. Think of this as the operating system.
One-on-one coaching is customization and refinement. Mental Game Camp is comprehensive expansion. But this is the baseline every athlete we work with needs.
Q: What if my athlete won't sit down & do it?
A: The tone is engaging and built for competitive athletes - not clinical language. Driver’s Ed feels mandatory. This feels relevant. Teen athletes don’t want to sit through something that talks down to them or makes them feel like they’re broken. Reframe & Refocus is not that. The lessons are: Short (10–12 minutes max). Direct and practical. Filled with real sport examples. Slightly witty, playful, and relatable. Focused on solving the exact thing they care about, not embarrassing themselves next competition. They aren’t just “watching videos.” I guide them through exercises in real time. I tell them when to pause.
I ask questions. They apply concepts while learning. It feels like training. Not a lecture. Most athletes actually enjoy it because it feels like someone finally understands what they’re experiencing.
Q: Is this too advanced for middle school or youth athletes?
A: No. The concepts are taught clearly and practically, with implementation tools. However, as a parent, you might want to watch it with your athlete if they're younger to help them apply it and reinforce understanding.
Q: How much time is required?
A: Each lesson is intentionally short and digestable. We designed it this way because: Attention spans matter. Overwhelm kills follow-through. Mental training should feel doable. Athletes can complete a lesson in less time than it takes to scroll social media.
Many families choose to:
• Do 2–3 lessons per week
• Or complete a category over a weekend
• Or revisit specific lessons before big competitions
It’s flexible and self-paced.
Q: Is this sport-specific?
A: The mental tools apply across all sports. Examples from multiple levels are included so athletes can easily translate the skills. The brain responds to pressure similarly whether you’re: on a court, on a field, in a pool, on a track, or on a mat.
Q: Is this helpful before tryouts or playoffs if we’re short on time?
A: Yes and this is exactly when many families use it. We often get calls from parents saying: "Tryouts are in two weeks” or “Playoffs start next month” “We need help now.” But our one-on-one schedules fill weeks out. This program gives immediate access. Instead of waiting weeks for an appointment, your athlete can begin learning foundational skills today.
Q: What if my athlete is resistant to this?
A: This is not therapy or counseling. This is performance skill development. We find athletes are resistant to mental training or sports psychology because of what they assume the work looks like. We teach: emotional regulation, attention control, and stress response awareness. It’s no different than hiring: a speed coach, a strength coach, or a nutrition coach. This is brain training!
Q: Is $49 realistic for something this important?
A: This is intentionally priced under value. We want families to experience mental performance training without financial pressure. If your athlete benefits,
you can decide what next step makes sense - Mental Game Camp, one of our other on demand trainings, or one-on-one sessions with us. If they don't, you’re protected by our guarantee. This is access. Not risk.
Q: What if my athlete says they don’t have a “mental problem”?
A:Perfect. We don’t frame it that way either. Mental training is not about fixing something broken. It’s about building something strong. Your athlete doesn’t need to struggle to benefit from this. In fact, many of the athletes we work with are: talented, driven, high-achieving. They simply never learned how to manage nerves, pressure, or comparison. This course builds skills. Not diagnoses.
